This is a delicious dish in which we have the chicken, lemon, garlic and asparagus. In this first we cut the slices of the breast of the chicken, then we fry the chopped meat of the chicken, then we fry the prosciutto and place it on the chicken, now we fry the chicken from both the sides and then we fry the asparagus in the lemon and garlic. Then we served all of this to the serving plate along with the baby arugula and served it.

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 45 Minutes
Chicken- 600 gm
Parmiggiano Reggiano- 30 gm
Thyme- 3 sprigs
Olive oil- 1 tablespoon
Arugula- fresh 1 bunch
Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
Asparagus- 1 bunch
Garlic- 3 cloves
Lemon zest- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the whole chicken with the skin on it, now cut it from middle, now cut the tail part of it, cut the breast of it, now take out the meat from the bones and leave the breasts aside, now take the meat pieces to the chopping board, now chopped it very fine, now carefully cut the boneless slices of the chicken breast.
Take the skillet, put it on the low heat, add the olive oil to it, as the oil is hot, place the chopped chicken to it and then cook it for sometime, season it with the salt and pepper, add little bit of the soy sauce and then fry it for about 10 minutes, so that it will become crispy, now transfer it to the other bowl.
Now take the same pan, add little bit of the oil to it, now take the prosciutto slices, place one side to the oil and fry them, now place the chicken breast on the chicken, make holes in it with the folk, season it with the salt and pepper, grate the parmiggiano cheese on it add leaves of the fresh thyme, now place the slices of the prosciutto to the chicken side, do it for all the slices.
Now in the same skillet, place the chicken breast in it, fry it for 3 minutes, as you see that there are white border on the chicken flip to the other side, season it with the salt and pepper, then fry it for about 5 minutes, now take it out to the plate.
Now take the asparagus, cut the top and bottom of it, now cut it into slices of about the 3 inches long, tap it with the folk, season it with the salt and pepper, now take the skillet, put it on the low heat, add the oil to it, now add the chopped garlic to it, as the garlic are golden brown, add the asparagus to it, now cover the lid and cook it for about the 10 minutes.
Now check with the pointed knife that it is cooked or not, add the fried chicken to it, mix it, add the lemon zest on it, now squeeze 1 lime to it, fry it for sometime, now take the serving plate, place the thyme to the side of it, now place the asparagus to it, place the chicken on the top of it and then add the baby arugula to it, now squeeze on the top and then served it. The dish is ready to eat.
