Butter is loved by everyone, but it is not good for the health of all, so to get the taste of the butter and the health both, we can use the butter of the pumpkin and we can eat it with so many of the things, in this we diced the pumpkin, boil it and make the puree of it, we also peel, grate the green apple and make the puree of it also, then we mix it with the pumpkin pie spice, we also caramelized the brown sugar and add this to the pumpkin, then we cook it inside the oven and served it cool. Pumpkin- 1 whole
Sugar- 100 gm granulated
Brown sugar- 100 mg
Maple syrup- 20 ml
Apple- 1 green
Water- 50 ml
Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the pumpkin, peel it and dice it nicely, put it in the running water and clean it properly, now take the deep bowl, place a sieve to it, add all the pumpkin pieces to it, add little bit of the salt to it, cover it with the lid, place the kitchen hammer on it, leave it for sometime, so that all the bitterness will be out from it, now again clean it with the water and tap it with the kitchen cloth.
Take the bowl, add the water to it, add little of the butter to it, place the sieve plate on the top of it, place all the pumpkin pieces on it, again cover it also with the lid, leave it for about the 10 minutes, so that the pumpkin will be cooked in the steam, take it out, allow it cool.
Take the blender jar, add the all the pumpkin pieces to it, ON the machine first at the low speed and then to the medium speed, blend the whole thing till there will be nice and smooth paste of it.
Take the apple, peel it nicely, grate it to the plate, take the muslin cloth, add all the apple to it, tight it and squeeze it gently, put this in the same blending jar and make the puree of it, take it out and place it to the another plate, take the deep bowl, add the pumpkin puree in it, now add the apple to it, add the pumpkin pie spice to it, mix all the things well.
In another pan, add the water to it, add the brown sugar to it, put it on the low flame, stir it regularly, so that the mixture will get caramelized, now add the granulated to it and make the thick paste, add the water to it again, leave it for simmer about 5 minutes, allow it to cool.
Add this sugar mixture to the pumpkin mixture, stir it nicely, add the maple syrup to it, transfer this to the ceramic pot, cover it with the lid, place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 20 minutes, take it and stir it as fast as you can, so that all the things will get mixed properly.
Take the toasted bread, apply this butter on it and served it with the hot coffee. The dish is ready to eat.
