This is the delicious dish for the dessert, in this you will have the goodness of the pumpkin but cook in the sweetness. In this first we cut the pumpkin into small pieces, we boil it in the water and make the puree of it, we boil the double creme with the vanilla extract and pumpkin pie sauce to it, then we whisk out the egg yolks to make the soft peaks in it, we add the pumpkin puree and the creme sauce to it, then we place it to the tin and bake it, we make the thin layer of it, caramelized it and served it. Egg yolks- 2
Sugar- 50 gm granulated
Pumpkin- 1 whole
Heavy cream- 150 ml
Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon
Pumpkin pie spice- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Methods Of Preparation-
First you need to take the pumpkin, peel it with the sharp knife, now cut it half, scoop out the seeds of it, now clean it with the running water, cut it into pieces, apply salt to it and leave it for about the 15 minutes.
Take the chopped pumpkin and clean it again, take the bowl, add the water to it, put it on the low flame, as the water starts boiling, add the pumpkin to it, cover the lid and leave it for about the 15 minutes, drain the water to it, allow it to cool, now put it in the jar and make the paste of it.
Take the paste in the muslin cloth and squeeze it gently, so that there will not be any water inside it, take out the pumpkin puree to other bowl. Take the deep bowl, put it on the low flame, add the double creme to it, add the pumpkin spice to it, mix it, add the vanilla extract to it, leave the mixture, till there will be formation of the bubbles around the edges of the creme, remove it from flame and allow it to cool.
Take the egg, crack it, separate the egg yolk from it, add a pinch of salt of it, add the pumpkin puree to it, take the hand blender and blend the whole thing, while blending add the creme sauce to it, slowly, blend till there will be soft peaks in it, now pass it through the sieve and rest it for 10 minutes.
Remove the upper layer of foam from it, take the baking tray, place the tin in it, now fill all the tins from the mixture, add the hot boiling water to it, place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 40 minutes, take it out after the given time, drain the water, cool it slightly and put it inside the refrigerator for over the night.
Take the granulated sugar, place it on the top of the tin, now shake it nicely, so that there will be a thin layer of the sugar on the top of it, take out the excess sugar to another tin and do the same process, now place this inside the oven for about the 5 minutes at 180 degree Celsius, so that the sugar will get caramelized, now take out the pumpkin creme brulee to the serving plate and enjoy this delicious dish with the spoon.
