Recipe For The Delicious Sausage, Leek And Butterbean Cassoulet At Home

This is the delicious dish. In this we fry the leek with the garlic, then we add the cooked beans in it, along with the cream cheese and the horseradish sauce. Then we take the sausage and give it the spiral shape, then we grill it, we also make the breadcrumbs by adding the garlic, thyme and oil in it. Then this is served.

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes

Leek- 2
Garlic- 4 cloves
Bread slices- 2
Oil- 50 ml
Sausage- 200 gm
Beans- 1 tin
Cream cheese- 2 tablespoon
Horseradish sauce- 1 teaspoon
Thyme- 1 bunch
Salt- as per taste

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First take the leek, cut the top and the bottom, now slice it nicely. Take the garlic, crushed it and chopped it very fine, now take the pan, put it on the low heat, take the oil and add it, make it hot, add the leeks to it, as the leeks are soften, add the garlic to it, fry the whole thing for sometime.

Step 2

Now take the blender and put 2 slices of the bread in it, add the garlic and the fresh thyme in it, season it with the salt and pepper, add little bit of the oil in it, now blend up the whole things, take it out in the baking tray and put it in the oven at 180 degree celcius for about the 5 minutes.

Step 3

Now take the sausage, unroll the chipolatas and make the long sausage, now roll it to make the spiral shape of it, take the skewers and insert it from one side to the other. Now take the hot grill and cook it to both the sides for about the 4 minutes.

Step 4

Now take the cooked beans tin, take out the water and add this to the mixture of the leeks, now toss it nicely. Now take the cream cheese and add this to it, now take the horseradish sauce and add this to it, cook it for sometime.

Step 5

Now take the bowl, add the bean sauce in it, now take out the sausage and place it on the top of the beans, now add the breadcrumbs on it. Sprinkle the chopped thyme on it.
