Methods Of Preparation:
First we take the sea bass fish, take the sharp knife, now give it a nice cut to the stomach, now take out all the parts of the fish, with the help of the hands and cut it, now run it into the clean water, now take the shells of it.
Now take the thyme, sage and the rosemary herbs, now cut the leaves of it, now chopped it very fine, take out the zest of the lime and add this to the mixture, season it with the salt and pepper, now place this mixture inside the belly of the sea bass of the fish.
Now separate 3 egg white from the egg, now whisk it to the machine so that there will be nice peaks at the top of it, now take the chopped aroma herbs and mix it with the egg white, now add the coarse salt to it, mix all the things very nicely, if the mixture is dry then add another whipped egg white or little bit of the oil to it.
Now take the baking tray, add the baking paper to it, add the half of the salt and egg mixture to the tray, now measure the size of the sea bass fish and make the base of the sea bass for about 1 inch of the thickness, now place the sea bass on the top of it, now place all the salt on the top of it and cover the fish nicely with the salt, make sure that no part of the fish should be exposed.
Now place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 15 minutes, now take it out and allow it to cool, now crack the outer layer of the fish with the kitchen hammer and take out the fish to the plate.
First we take the leeks, now cut it into 3 inches long, now place this to the hot pan directly, now season it with the salt and pepper, now toast it nicely, add the 1 slice of the butter to it, now add the fresh thyme to it, add all the slices of the cube to it, cover the lid and cook it for about the 15 minutes.
Now toast the hazelnuts in the pan, place it into a pestle, season it with the salt and pepper and then grind it. now take the serving plate, add the leek to it, rain the butter to it, now sprinkle the ground hazelnuts to it, add the chopped parsley to it, now enjoy this dish with the sea bass fish.
