Preparation Time- 20 Minutes
Cooking Time- 40 Minutes
Meat- 400 gm
Onions- 10 baby
Sherry vinegar- 2 tablespoon
Brown sugar- 2 tablespoon
Rocket- 1 handful
Chocolate syrup- 1 tablespoon
Cherry tomatoes- 5
Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the fry pan at the low flame and then add the butter into it now take the baby onions and then peel the outer layer of it. Now put all of them onions in the butter and then make it slightly brown.
Now take the streaky bacon and then add chopped it and then take the fresh rosemary and then chopped it also and then place this inside the onions and then give it a little toss. Now take the brown sugar and the sherry sugar and then add this into the onions to make it caramelised and then put this for the 10 minutes, so that it will become so sticky.
Now take the pastry and then roll it off and then take the two small fry pan and then cut the pastry as the size of the pan, now place the shallot equally on both of the pan and then add cover it with the pastry on top.
Now crack the one egg in the bowl and then mix it and the brush it at the top of the pastry. Then place this inside the oven at 200 degree Celsius for about the 25 minutes.
Now take the meat and then add the salt on the top and then add the black pepper with the oregano at the top and then add the olive oil and then place it on the grill pan and then at the top do the same process now flip the side and grill it from all the sides.
Take the fresh rocket and place this on the serving tray and then add the chocolate syrup on the top, now cut the cherry tomatoes and then take the grilled meat on the side, now take out the shallots from the oven and flip it on the another side. Your shallot tarte tatin is ready to eat.
