This is the delicious and the best dish for the Christmas dinner, it is easy to cook and people love it. In this first we clean the shrimp and take out the skin of it, we leave the tail of it, then we dip it in the beaten egg mixture with the mixture of the double cream, we also dust it with the flour mixture of salt, pepper and cinnamon powder, then we fry the shrimps in the olive oil, we make the paste of the chicken stock and get the breadcrumbs and roast it, then we mix all the things and cook it and served it.

Shrimps- 400 gm
All purpose flour- 100 gm
Cinnamon powder- 1 pinch
Bread slices- 4
Double cream- 30 ml
Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
Garlic- 3 cloves
Chicken stock- 1
Parsley- 4 sprigs
Coriander leaves- 5
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the shrimp, clean it with the running water, now cut the mouth of it, take out the stomach part of it and then clean it again, now peel the skin of the shrimp, like that there should be tail remain in it, place the tissue paper to the plate and then you need to add all the shrimp to it, now cover the it again with the tissue paper.
Now take the all purpose flour, season it with the salt and pepper, add some of the cinnamon powder to it, mix it well, now crack 1 egg in the bowl, the bowl should be deep enough so that the shrimp can be dip in it, now beat the egg so that there will bubbles in it, season it also with the salt and pepper, now you need to add the English mustard to it, mix it well.
Now take the skillet, first put it on the low heat, as the pan is hot, add the olive oil to it, now leave it for few seconds, now take the shrimp, dip it to the egg mixture, leave it for sometime and then carefully dust it with the all purpose flour mixture, make sure that there will be a nice even coat of it.
Place the shrimps in the hot skillet, now fry it for about 2 minutes, as the color of the shrimps start changing, flip to the other side and then fry it again, now chopped the peeled garlic and the parsley to it, as the bubbles are there in the shrimp mixture add the garlic and parsley to it, now add the lemon zest to it, now take it out in the pan and then again soaked it with the tissue paper.
Now take the pan, add the water to it, boil it, now add the chicken stock to it, crumble it and then cook it, now add the double cream to it, boil the mixture, leave it for about 5 minutes, so that the water will reduce to its half of its volume and there will be a thick paste of it.
Now take the bread slices, put it to the food processor and get the breadcrumbs of it, make sure that the breadcrumbs should not be very fine, now take the pan, put it on the low heat, add 1 teaspoon of the olive oil to it, now toast it nicely, in the same pan add the shrimp to it, now add the chicken stock to it, fry it for sometime, remove it from flame and allow it to cool.
Now take the serving plate, add the shrimp to it, now pour the mixture on the top of it, sprinkle the chopped coriander to it and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
