Recipe For The Delicious Simple Gluten Free Pie Crust At Home

If you want to eat healthy pie, then you should go with the gluten free pie, in this we prepare the dough of the gluten free flour, we add the butter to it, we add the mixture of the butter and the milk to it, then we roll it into two sheets, we fry the onions and garlic with the chicken pieces, then we place one sheet to baking tin, we add the chicken to it, we add cheese to it, we cover it with the other sheet and then we bake it and served it.

Gluten Free Pie Crust

Preparation Time- 10 minutes
Cooking Time- 30 minutes
Serves- 4

Ingredients-

Gluten free flour- 100 gm
Butter- 200 gm
Eggs- 3
Milk- 100 ml
Baking soda- 1 teaspoon
Chicken thigh- 3
Onion- 1
Garlic- 2 cloves
Turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder- 1 teaspoon
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste

Methods Of Preparation-

Step 1-

First you need to take the gluten free flour to the bowl, sieve it properly, mix little bit of the salt to it, now you need to take the butter cubes, place this to the bowl, crumble it with the fingers to get the breadcrumb consistency, add baking soda to it, mix it and leave it for sometime.

Step 2-

Now you need to take the bowl, crack 2 eggs in it, now you need to add plenty of the pepper in it, whisk it with the whisker to get the soft foams to it, add little bit of the milk to it, now you need to add this to the flour mixture and get the slightly hard dough, now you need to cut the dough into two equal parts.

Step 3-

Take the chicken thighs, with the sharp knife cut the pieces of it, now you need to take the skillet, add little bit of the butter to it, put it on the low heat, as the butter is melted, add chopped garlic and onions to it, fry it for sometime, add the chicken pieces to it, mix it, season it with the salt and pepper, add the turmeric and the cinnamon powder to it, add little bit of the white wine to it, cover the lid and cook it for about the 15 minutes.

Step 4-

After the given time, take out the chicken in the plate, spread it so that it will get cool down easily, take the one part of the dough, place it on the board, spread plenty of the flour to it, now roll it in a thick sheet, take the baking tin, grease it with the oil gently, place the sheet to it, press to the edges of it.

Step 5-

Now you need to take the chicken mixture, place this inside the tin, now take the mozzarella cheese and the parmesan cheese, grate it on the top of the chicken, now you need to take the second half of the dough, roll it again and place it on the top of baking tray, now stick the edges of the dough, trim the excess part of it and give it a nice pie shape.

Step 6-

Take the bowl, crack 1 egg in it, beat it, now brush the top of the pie with it, now give a cut mark to the top of the pie, place this inside a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for about 20 minutes, so that the texture of the pie will be crispy. Take it out and served it. The delicious gluten free pie crust is ready to eat.
