Recipe For The Delicious Simple Steak Ciabatta Recipe At Home

This is easy to cook, in this dish we take the steak and fry it with the salt and pepper. We take the onions, pepper, courgette and fry it, we add the olives, anchovy fillets, garlic to give it the extra flavors. We make the home made mayonnaise of the egg yolk, we also fry the bread. Now all of this is combined and served.

Onion- 1
Yellow pepper- 1
Red pepper- 1
Courgette- 1
Sirloin steaks- 2
Black olives- 50 gm
Egg yolk- 1
Mustard- 1 teaspoon
Lemon- 1 teaspoon
Rapeseed oil- 200 ml
Bread slices- 4 slices

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First take the onions, peel it, dice it into the big chucks, now take the red and the yellow pepper, cut it into the same size, now take the courgette, cut it into the pieces of the same size, now take the pan, put it on the high heat, now add the olive oil in it, now add all the vegetables in it and fry it.

Step 2

Now take the black olives, cut it into the pieces, take the anchovy fillets into the small chucks, now take clove of the garlic, crushed it, peel it and chopped it very fine. Now all of this will go inside the pan and fry it.

Step 3

Now take the sirloin steak, season it with the salt and pepper, rub it nicely to the stake, now take the grill pan, put it on the high heat, now place the steak on it and fry it for the 3 minutes, now flip to the other side and fry it again. Now cut it into the thin slices.

Step 4

Now take the egg yolk, add 1 teaspoon of the lime juice to it, now take mustard paste and add this to the mixture, now whisk it nicely and slowly add the rapeseed oil in it, keep on whisking till we get the creamy foam of it, so that the mayonnaise will be prepared.

Step 5

Now take the bread and fry it in the same grill pan, now we take the vegetables in the serving bowl, place the steak in it, now add the mayonnaise to it, place the bread to the other side. The delicious dish is ready to eat.
