Recipe For The Delicious Smoked Ribs And Coleslaw At Home

This is the dish with the flavor of the lea and perrins. In this we take the ribs and then we marinate it with the vinegar, honey, ketchup, brown sugar and smoked paprika, then we bake it. We take the cabbage, carrot, spring onions, then we add the french mustard and yogurt to it, then we mix it and bake it.

Serves- 2


Ribs- 400 gm
Vinegar- 50 ml
Honey- 2 tablespoon
Ketchup- 2 tablespoon
Brown sugar- 1 tablespoon
Smoked paprika- 1 tablespoon
Red cabbage- 1
Carrot- 2
Spring onions- 3 sprig
Yogurt- 2 tablespoon
Fresh mustard- 1 teaspoon
Lea and Perrins- 2 tablespoon

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First take the whole ribs give them some cut marks, now take the baking tray, place the baking paper on it, now place the ribs on baking tray, now add the vinegar to it, now add the honey, ketchup and brown sugar also, to give it some spice add the smoked paprika to it, rub it on the ribs gently.

Step 2

Season it with salt and pepper, leave the mixture for sometime, now cover it with the aluminium foil, now place this inside the oven at 180 degree celcius for about the 90 minutes, so that it will cooked in the smoke.

Step 3

Now take the red cabbage, chopped it very fine, now take the carrot, chopped it very fine vertically, do the same for the spring onions, now take the bowl, add yogurt in it, now add the french mustard to it, add little bit of the sugar and finally add the lea and perrins to it, now mix all the things well.

Step 4

Now take the baking tray, place the mixture on it, now add little bit of the oil to it, now place this inside the oven at 180 degree celcius for about the 15 minutes.

Step 5

Now take out the ribs from the oven, now cut it into the pieces, take the serving plate, now place the ribs on it, now take out the juices and pour it on the top of it, now take the fried vegetables and served it to the side of the ribs, garnish it with the slices of the lime. The dish is ready to served.
