Recipe For The Delicious Spaghetti Bolognese At Home

Spaghetti Bolognese is known to be the Mongolian dish. In this we take the beef mince and then we cook it with so many of the vegetables and then we add the flavors of the Worcestershire sauce to it and then we add some of the dried spices to it. Now we cook the spaghetti in water and then then this delicious dish is served. This is easy to cook and healthy.

Spaghetti Bolognese

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 70 Minutes
Serves- 2

Ingredients:

Beef minced- 600 gm
Olive oil- 30 ml
Celery- 1 stick
Carrot- 1
Onion- 1
Garlic- 2 cloves
Oregano- 1 teaspoon
Cherry tomatoes- 5
Red wine- 1 glass
Chicken stock- 2 cube
Milk- 1 splash
Worcestershire sauce- 1 splash
Spaghetti- 400 gm
Parmesan- 100 gm

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First we take the red onions and then we peel it off and then dice it nicely. First we take minced beef meat, now do this for the carrot also and then we take the celery and then slice it from the between and then chopped it nicely and then crushed it and chopped it.

Step 2

Now take the pan and then add the olive oil into it and then put it on the low flame and then add all the vegetables into it and then fry them nicely. Now add the vegetables are messy then add the beef mince to it and then cook it nicely, stir it regularly so that the color of the beef will be changed all over.

Step 3

Now take the mushrooms and the slice them and then take the blender and then take the cherry tomatoes and the dice them and the blend it nicely and then make the thick puree of the tomatoes and then add it to the meat and then we add the red wine to it and then we cook it nicely.

Step 4

Now take the glass and then add the warm water to it and then we take the chicken stock and then add this in the glass and then stir it nicely so that it will be dissolve in the water. Now add this water to the meat and then allow it to simmer nicely.

Step 5

Now at it is boiling then we add the mushrooms to it and then we add the oregano to it and then we add the Worcestershire sauce to it. Now we add the milk to it and then simmer it nicely and reduce the curry to half of it volume. Now take it out in the baking tray and then put this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for at least the 15 minutes.

Step 6

Now we take the pan and then we add the water to it and then we add the salt to it and then we add the spaghetti to it and as leave it for the some time, now take one of the spaghetti and then press it and check whether it is messy or not and then if is cooked then drain out all the water and then take it out in another pan, now season it with salt and the pepper to it.

Step 7

Now take serving plate and then add the spaghetti at the bottom and then add the beef meat curry at the top and then grate plenty of the Parmesan cheese to it and then enjoy this delicious dish.
