Recipe For The Delicious Spanish Creme Caramel Cake

Desserts are mouth watering and when it is made of the creme and the caramel then it will be more delicious. Cream caramel is found in most of the pastry and the bakery shops and you always want them.The base of the caramel and the milky cake at the top is so delicious. You can also cook it in your kitchen with the simple steps, here is the step by step process for the cream caramel:

Spanish Creme Caramel Cake

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 40 Minutes
Serves- 4

Ingredients

Sugar- 1 cup powder
Water- 1 cup
Eggs- 3
Milk- Cream milk 250 ml
Plastic cups- 4

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

For the caramel take the fry pan and then add the 1 cup of the regular sugar into it and then add 1/2 cup of the water, now put it on the medium flame, now take the spoon and dissolve the sugar in the water as much as you can. Now when the bubbles are coming then stir the mixture from the bottom so that the sugar will not be there. Now give it the stir and then when colour is dark brown then OFF the flame and cool it down by stirring the whole pan.

Step 2

Now again ON the flame and make the dark brown and before this add some of the water, make sure that your hands are away from the pan. Now cool it down by removing it from the flame. Stir it regularly from the spoon to make it cool.

Step 3

Now in another pan, take the 3 eggs and then add the 1 cup of the powder sugar and whisk it so that all will be mixed make sure that there should not be any bubbles. Now take the cream milk and add half of them first and whisk it and then again whisk the remaining part also.

Step 4

Now take the small plastic cups you can get it from the grocery store. Take 4 of them and fill it with the cool caramel about 1 inch. If you are not sure to put this plastic cups inside the oven then you can use the ceramic cups for it.

Step 5

Now pour the egg mixture at the top of the caramel in all the cups. Now to get the extra taste sprinkle the cinnamon powder over the top. Now place it in a tray and place a cotton cloth beneath to the cup now fill the tray with the water and check that the water level is up to to the caramel point and then put it inside the oven and if you have the oven with the steam cooked option, then you just directly put your cup inside the oven. Now steam cooked it to the 18 minutes.

Step 6

Now this will cook the cake with the steam process instead with the direct heat that will absorb the moisture. Now after the 18 minutes shake the cups and again put them inside the oven and then steam cooked it for 18 minutes.

Step 7

Now after the 18 minutes take out all the cup and allow it to cool slightly and when they are Luke warm then , press from the top and press gently from the side ways also, now take the plate and then try to remove it by pressing it. When it will come out then the cake will be down and the caramel will be at the top, enjoy this dish with the caramel sauce.
