Recipe For The Delicious Spicy Corn Dogs At Home

Corn dogs are loved by everyone and it is the best street food and the snack. Here in this recipe we first we make the batter for it and then we add flavors to it that is the sweet corn and then we skewer the hot dogs and then we fry it in the oil and then we made the delicious mayonnaise and then we serve it.

Spicy Corn Dogs

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 25 Minutes
Serves- 3

Ingredients:

Sweet corn- 250 gm
Spring onions- 2
Red jalapenos- 50 gm
Coriander- 100 gm chopped
Egg- 3
Butter milk- 400 ml
Hot dogs beef- 6
Cornflour- 100 gm
Cooking oil- 1 liter
Rapeseed oil- 50 ml
Red chili- 50 gm
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Tomatoes- 4

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First we make the batter and for this we take the bowl and then we add the equal amount of the flour and the buttermilk to it and then we mix all the things together so that there will not be any lumps in the mixture. Now crack the egg to it, add the baking powder and then season it with the salt and the pepper and then we mix all the things.

Step 2

Now in the grinder jar add the sweet corns to it and then we add the jalapenos to it and then add the sliced spring onions to it and then grind it nicely and then add this into the batter and this will make our batter more spicy. Now put this mixture to the glass.

Step 3

Now we take the beef hot dogs and then we brush little bit of oil to it, now we place this in the baking tray and then we place this inside the oven at 180 degree celsius for at least the 10-15 minutes so that it will be cooked from the inside.

Step 4

Now we take the put the hot dogs and then we insert the stick to it and then we take the bowl and then add plenty of the flour to it and then we just apply the layer of the flour on the hot dog and then we put this in the spicy batter and apply a thick layer of it.

Step 5

Now we take the pan and then add plenty of the cooking oil into it and then put it on the medium flame and then we just fry the hot dog into it and then we take it out and then take the tissue paper and soaked the excess oil in it.

Step 6

Now to make the sauce we need to take the 2 egg white and then we whisk it nicely and then we pour the rapeseed oil into it and then as we get the foam of the mayonnaise then we add the zest of the lime and then chopped coriander leaves to it.

Step 7

Now we take the tomatoes and then we cut into the slices and then we place this inside the grinder jar and then we add the salt and the pepper in it and then we add the 1 tablespoon of the lime juice and then we add the red chili to it and then we grind all the things nicely.

Step 8

Now we take the serving plate and 2 small bowl and then we add the two different sauce in it and add the hot dog to it.
