This is the Italian traditional dish and it is loved by most of the vegetable lovers. First we make the pasta and then we cook the squash and then cook the filling and then we cook the pasta by cutting the shape of the pasta ravioli and then this is fry with the butter sauce. Preparation Time- 15 Minutes
Cooking Time- 40 Minutes
White flour- 250 gm
Olive oil- 1 tablespoon
Salt- as per taste
Red onion- 1
Thyme- 1 spring
Rosemary- 1 spring
Cream cheese- 1 tablespoon
Milk- 20 ml
Butter- 1 knob
Sage- 1 handful
Methods Of Preparation:
First we take the squash and then we cut it in the middle and then we cut out the top portion and then we peel it off and then take out the seeds of it from the middle and then we cut them into the slices.
Now we take the thyme and then we just take out the leaves of it and then we take the red onions and then we diced in nicely. Now we take the garlic and then crushed it and chopped it.
Now we take the pan and then add some of the olive oil to it and then put this on the low flame and as the pan is hot then we add the onions to it and make mesh. Now we add the garlic and then thyme to it and then fry it
Now we take the baking tray and then we add the chopped squash to it and then we add some of the oil to it and then season it with salt and the pepper and then we place this inside the oven at the 180 degree for the 20 minutes, so that squash will be roast.
Now in another bowl take the pasta flour and then we crack 3 eggs to it and then we add little bit of olive oil to it and then we make the lumps free dough of it. Now leave it for the 15-20 minutes at the room temperature.
Now we take out the squash and then add this into the fry onions and then we add the cream cheese to it and then we add the grate Parmesan cheese to it and then we mesh all the things nicely for nicely.
Now take the board and then we place the flour to it and then we roll out the pasta to it and now we brush it with the mixture of the milk and the egg on it and then we add the filling to it about 1/2 inch apart to each other.
Now we roll out the another pasta to the same size and then we place this on the top of the mixture and then we take the cutter and then cut the filling size of the pasta. Now we them and put them in the salted boiling water.
Now we take the pan and then add the butter to it and then melt the butter in it and then we add the black pepper to it and then we add the chopped sage to it and then take out the pasta and then add this into the pan then fry it for couple of minutes. Delicious ravioli is ready to eat.
