In this dish we have the flavors of seafood. We fry the onions, garlic, thyme, we cook the risotto rice in the vegetable stock and white wine. We also fry the squid and the we make the paste of butter and slices of seaweed sheet, then we bake the bread in with this paste.

Preparation Time- 10 minutes
Cooking Time- 40 minutes
Butter- 1 knob
Risotto- 200 gm
Garlic- 3 cloves
Thyme- 1 handful
White wine- 200 ml
Vegetable stock- 1 cube
Squid- 250 gm
Seaweed sheets- 1
Methods Of Preparation
First take the onions, peel it and chopped it very fine, now take the garlic, crush it, chopped it very fine, now take out the leaves of the thyme, now take the bowl, put it on the medium flame, now add the butter to it, now add all the things to it, now fry the whole nicely.
Now take the glass, add the hot water in it, now take the vegetable stock cube, mix it well with the water. Now add the white wine to the vegetable mixture, now boil it for sometime. Now take the risotto rice, add this to the mixture, add the vegetable stock to it, now mix all the things well and cook the risotto for sometime.
Now take the squid cut it into the pieces, season it with the salt and pepper, now mix it with the lime juice, now take the hot pan, add little bit of the oil in it, now add the squid to it and fry the whole things for about 1 minute.
Now take the melted butter to it, now take the seaweed sheet and cut it into thin slices, take the garlic and add this to the it, now mix this well, now take the garlic bread, cut it from the middle, add the paste on it, now place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 15 minutes.
Now take out the garlic bread in the serving plate, now take the bowl, add the risotto to it, now in another bowl add the fried squid to it. The dish is ready to eat.
