This is dish for the street food lovers, in this we cut the thin slices of the steak, then we make the paste of the parsley, garlic, scallions, lemon juice, cumin, paprika and mix it with the steak in the bag, we clean the cabbage and spinach to it, then we boil it and make the smooth paste of it, then we cut the onions, pepper and fry it, we fry the steak also and roll it in the fried tortilla, we served it with the green chili sauce.

Steak- 1 kg
Parsley- 1 bunch
Scallions- 2 sprigs
Garlic- 3 cloves
Green chili- 2
Salt- as per taste
Chinese cabbage- 1
Spinach- 1 kg
Ground cumin- 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil- 1 tablespoon
Red paprika- 1 teaspoon
Red pepper- 1
Yellow pepper- 2
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the steak, clean it properly, tap the water from it, now place this on the board, cut it horizontally, now cut the slices of about the quarter to an inch and place this to the plate, if the pieces is thick then cut it into half.
Take the jar of the food processor, add the leaves of the parsley, peel the cloves of the garlic and add this, roughly chopped scallions, slices of the green chili, cumin powder, red paprika, squeeze 1 lime juice to it, now whisk it to make the smooth paste of it.
Now take the plastic bag, add all the steak in it along with the sauce, now shake it well so that all with get mix to each other, now place this inside the refrigerator for about the 1 hour, after the given time take it out and place this to the plate.
Now take the spinach, clean all the leaves, now cut the leaves part only, now take the Chinese cabbage, cut it from middle, chopped the leaves very fine, now take the deep bowl which has the holes in it, now place the spinach and leaves in it, now clean it with the water.
Now take the deep bowl, add the water to it, now put it on the low flame, now add the spinach and cabbage to it, add the salt to it, cover the lid and boil it for about the 15 minutes, drain the water and take the cabbage and spinach to it, squeeze all the water from it.
Now take the blender, add the cabbage and spinach to it, season it with the salt and pepper, add garlic cloves to it, now make the smooth paste of it, take it to the bowl.
Now take the onions, slice it very fine, now do the same for the red and yellow pepper, take the pan put it on the low heat, fry all the vegetables along with the paste of the cabbage and spinach to it, now take them out and fry the steak to it, now mix all the things and place this in between the tortilla, roll the tortilla, do the same for all the tortilla.
Now fry the tortilla from both the sides and place this to the serving plate, add the green chili sauce on the top of it and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
