This the delicious dish of the duck, in this we baked the potatoes in the chicken stock, we fry and bake the duck breast, last we cook the delicious sauce of the maple with the chicken stock, thyme and orange zest. Last we cook the pak choi to give it extra flavors to it. Then all of this is served together.

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 30 Minutes
Thyme- 2 sprigs
Chicken stock- 2
Butter- 1 knob
Thyme- 1 teaspoon
Maple syrup- 2 tablespoon
Duck breast- 2
Pak choi- 2 large
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the baking tray, add the thyme, rosemary to it, now add the hot water to it, now add the chicken stock cube to it, now season it with the salt and pepper to it, now mix it well, now take the big potatoes, peel it, now cut little slices from all the edges, now place this in the tray, now apply the butter on it. Now place this in the oven at 180 degree celcius for about the 40 minutes.
Now take the breast of the duck, cut the excess fat of it, now score the skin, season it with the salt and pepper and tap it nicely. Now take the cold pan and place this to the skin side to the pan. Now put it on the heat and fry the skin of it. Now flip to the other side and place this in the same pan for about the 6 minutes.
Now take the pan, put it on the low heat, now add the thyme herbs in it, now add the zest of the oranges, squeeze orange in it, now take the chicken stock cube to it, now add the water to it, add the little bit of the maple syrup to it, now bubble it away.
Now take the bowl, add the water to it, now add the salt to it, boil it, now take the pak choi and cut the bottom of it, now place this in the water for sometime so that it will get soften.
Now take the serving plate, add the potatoes to it, now add the sliced duck to it, last we place the pak choi to the other side and pour the maple mixture on it. The dish is ready to eat.
