This is the delicious dish of the artichokes and it is so easy to cook, artichokes take quite good time to cook but this is the easiest way to cook it. In this we cook the artichokes and its base in the salted boiling water, then we prepare the mixture of the toasted breadcrumbs, garlic, cheese and olive oil, we bake the artichokes, then we stuffed it with the prepared mixture, cook it in bowl filled with the water, covered with the aluminium foil, then we served this dish.

Bread slices- 4
Garlic- 3 cloves
Parsley- 4 sprigs
Parmiggiano cheese- 50 gm
Olive oil- 4 tablespoon
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Methods Of Preparation:
Take the artichokes, cut the 2 layers of it, now cut the base to make it flat on the surface, rub the base of it with the slice of the lemon, take the base peel it and rub it with the lemon slice, now take the kitchen scissor and cut the top point of the leaves of it.
Take the deep flat base bowl, place the artichokes to the base of it, fill it with the water, season the water with the salt and pepper, dip the base of the artichokes in it, put it on the medium heat, leave the mixture for about the 30 minutes, so that the artichokes get partially cooked.
Take the baking tray, place the aluminium foil on it, place the grill stand on it, drain the water from the artichokes, place all of them on the stand, put this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 10 minutes.
Take the bread slices, cut them into 4 equal parts, place this inside the grinder and make the breadcrumbs of it, take it out in separate bowl, take the parmiggiano cheese grate it into another bowl, chopped the fresh parsley, chopped the garlic very fine.
Take the pan, put it on the medium heat, as the pan is hot, place the breadcrumbs on it, toast the breadcrumbs on it, so that they will have the golden color on it, make sure that they will not get burn, take out the breadcrumbs to the big bowl, add cheese, parsley, olive oil and garlic to it, mix it nicely.
Now take the artichokes, fill the gap between the leaves with the mixture, fill the top completely, do the process for all the artichokes, now take the bowl, place the artichokes in it, now fill it with the water, so that only half of it will get filled completely, sprinkle olive oil on the top of it.
Now preheat your oven again at the 180 degree Celsius, take the same baking tray, place the new aluminium foil on the it, place the bowl on it, cover the artichokes with the layer of the aluminium foil and cook it for about the 30 minutes, now take it out and remove the foil and again bake it, at the same temperature for about the 10 minutes.
Now take the serving plate, place the artichokes on it, now take the liquid mixture of the bowl and drizzle it on the top of the artichokes and served it hot. The dish is ready to eat.
