This is the delicious dish of the pork meat, we prepare the sweet and sour sauce of the soy sauce, vinegar, sake and sugar, we take the ground meat, to add the flavors in it, we add the soy sauce, vinegar, we add the ground lotus roots and chunk of the lotus root also, then to make the dough and make the meat balls and fry it in the sesame oil, then it is served together.

Ground pork- 300 gm
Slat- 1 teaspoon
Pepper- 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce- 3 tablespoon
Sake- 1 tablespoon
Ginger root- 3
Green onions- 4 stalks
Lotus root- 3
Potato starch- 2 tablespoon
Sugar- 1 teaspoon
Sesame oil- 4 tablespoon
Method Of Preparations:
Take 2 medium sized lotus root, wash it in cold running water properly. Now grate it nicely around 60 gram, slice the remaining lotus root and cut it into small pieces.
Take a small bowl add 2 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon sake and 1/2 tablespoon sugar into it mix it properly to make a sweet and sour sauce.
Now take 300 gram of pork meat wash and ground it nicely, place it in big bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper and pinch of salt over the pork meat, further add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 2 teaspoon sake into it, mix all ingredient evenly with hand to make a nice soft mixture.
Take a 10 gram ginger root, 3 stalks of green onions, 1 lotus root chopped them and mix into the meat mixture, add 1 teaspoon graded lotus root, 2 tablespoon sesame oil and potato starch mix them together to make soft meat dough.
Now take the meat and make the balls of the it, now brush it with the sesame oil and fry it in the pan with the sesame oil it, now make it golden and crisp. Now to give the coating of the sauce, we take the sauce and balls together in the pan and fry it, now as the sauce is reduced to half, take it out.
Shake the pot so that all meat ball coat itself with delicious sauce. Transfer the meat ball into a plate, garnish it with sesame seeds and enjoy it with sauce.
