Recipe For The Delicious Sweetcorn Chilli Fritters At Home

In this dish we cook the sweetcorn, then we make the paste of the sweetcorn, coriander leaves and onions, we mix this paste with the paste of the flour, egg, milk, pepper, then we fry the whole things in small disks, we baked the chopped tomatoes, spring onions and red pepper, then we served this dish.

Sweetcorn Chilli Fritters

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 35 Minutes
Serves- 2

Ingredients

Sweetcorn- 1 tin
Butter- 1 knob
Coriander leaves- 3 sprig
Red onion- 1
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Four- 1 tablespoon
Milk- 20 ml
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Mayonnaise- 1 tablespoon
Tomatoes- 2
Red pepper- 1
Spring onions- 3 sprigs

Methods Of Preparation

Step 1

First take the sweet corn, put them in the bowl, now add little bit of the water and butter in it, cover the lid and leave it for about the 2-3 minutes, drain out the water, put them in the jar, add the coriander leaves in it, add the roughly chopped red onions in it, season it with the salt and pepper, ON the jar and blend up all the things.

Step 2

Now take the bowl, add the flour to it, crack 1 egg to it, add little milk, add baking powder to it, season it with the salt and pepper, add the puree of the sweetcorn to it, whisk all the things to make the smooth paste, add the whole sweet corn to it, mix all the things.

Step 3

Take the pan, put it on the medium heat, add little bit of the oil to it, now as the oil is hot enough, add 1 tablespoon of the mixture to it, fry it for about the 3-4 minutes, flip to the other side and fry it.

Step 4

Now take the tomatoes, cut it into four equal pieces, take out the seeds of it, chopped it very fine, do the same for the red pepper, chopped the spring onions, add all these in the bowl, season it with the salt and pepper, add little bit of the oil, now place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 10 minutes.

Step 5

Now take the serving plate, add the fry disks on it, add small amount of the mayonnaise on the top of it, take the tomatoes mixture in another serving bowl. The dish is ready to eat.
