This is an amazing dish for the seafood lovers, In this dish we make the delicious sauce, we take the ginger, garlic, lemon grass, onions and fry them, then we cook it in the coconut milk, then we clean the mussels and add it to the sauce, then we cook the mussels in the steam, we take it out and served it.

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 15 Minutes
Garlic- 3 cloves
Lemon grass- 1
Red chili- 1
Mussels- 1 kg
Coconut milk- 1 tin
Soy sauce- 1 splash
Fish sauce- 1 splash
Coriander- 3 sprig
Slat- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the ginger, peel and roughly chopped it, do the same for the garlic and lemon grass, now take the onions, cut it into slices, do the same for the chili also, take the bowl, put it on the low heat, add oil to it, now as the pan is hot, add onions to it, as the onions are soften, add all the remaining ingredients, cover the lid and cook it for sometime.
Now take the mussels, now tap all of them on the board, if there will any moment then they are alive and if there will not be any moment then throw them, now pull the thread of it, now add them in the clean water.
Remove the lid, give a nice stir, add 1 tin of the coconut milk to it, now add 1 splash of the fish sauce and soy sauce, season it with the salt and pepper, cover the lid, leave the mixture so that it will start boiling.
Now add all the mussels in the boiling mixture, give it a nice stir, now cover the lid and cook the mussels in the steam for about the 5 minutes, so that all the mussels will get open up.
Now take out the mussels in the serving plate, take the lime cut it into half, squeeze it into the remaining mixture, add freshly chopped coriander it, now take out the mixture and pour it on the mussels. The dish is ready to eat.
