Recipe For The Delicious (Tteokgalbi)Minced Seasoned And Grilled Beef Ribs

This is the delicious dish in which we cook the beef ribs in the different style. In this we take the ribs of beef we marinate it with the sauce of the onions, garlic and other spices, then this will go inside the oven and baked, now again it is cooked on the stove along with the juices of it. This is garnish with the fresh parsley. The list of the ingredients that is required for this is below.

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 40 Minutes
Serves- 2

Ingredients

Beef short ribs- 1 pound
Soy sauce- 2 tablespoon
Water- 2 tablespoon
Garlic- 6
Green onion- 6
Onion- 2 chopped
Rice syrup- 2 tablespoon
Ground black pepper- 1/2 teaspoon
Sesame oil- 2 tablespoon
Sesame seeds- 1 tablespoon
Parsley- 1 bunch

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1

Take 1 pound of fresh or frozen beef short ribs, cut it into chunk piece, remove any blood or bad stuff, wash it on cold running water properly then make it dry by wrapping it in paper towel.

Step 2

Now take two chunks of ribs on board by using knife chop the meat in small pieces then mincing and pounding it nicely to give shape  of ribs into rectangle. Put in oven tray.

Step 3

Further lets make seasoning sauce for this take 6 large garlic cloves minced it, 2 onion chopped it nicely,  2 green onion cut it into very small pieces then all minced together put it into bowl then add 2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon rice syrup, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper and 2 tablespoon sesame oil mix all ingredient together.

Step 4

Grab some sauce and massage over ribs properly with finger and marinate it for 12 hour. Take 5 stalks of green onion mix it with grape seed oil and seasoned it with black pepper.

Step 5

Now preheat the oven, put the marinate ribs and green onion stalks into the oven, cook it for 10 minutes then take it out. Now put it on gas over high heat, pour the remaining sauce and cook it for more until it will become completely cooked. Now sprinkle the chopped parsley leaves on it. Transfer it to plate and garnish it with sesame seeds.
