It is the traditional dish in which first we add the gelatin to it, then we add the sugar to it, rose water to it, then we again boil it, we toast the cashew nuts and almonds and add it, then we pour this in the tin and cool it down, then we cut the jelly in the cubes, then we dust it with the icing sugar and enjoy it.

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 20 Minutes
Gelatin powder- 2 packet
Caster sugar- 200 gm
Pink color- 2 teaspoon
Cashew nuts- 50 gm
Almonds- 50 gm
Icing sugar- 100 gm
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the pan, put it on the low heat, add the water to it, bring it boil, take the gelatin powder and add it to the water, keep on whisking so that it will get completely dissolved, make sure there should not be any lumps and bubble, if there then remove it.
Now as the mixture is cool down, add 1 tablespoon of the rose water to it, add the pink color to it, add equal amount of the caster sugar to it, now put it again to the flame and boil it and bubble the mixture for about the 5 minutes, so that the sugar get dissolve completely.
Now take the pan, put it on the low heat as the pan it getting hot, take the cashew nuts and almonds, chopped it into big chunks, now place them on the pan and toast it nicely, now cool it down.
Add all the nuts to the mixture, now take the tin, place the clean film on it, now pour the mixture on it, take out the bubbles of it, now put them in the refrigerator for about the 4 minutes, take it out, flip it on the board, remove the film, now cut it into into small cubes.
Now take the icing sugar or the sugar powder, place the cubes in it and roll it so that the sugar get stuck to the cube nicely, now enjoy this delicious Turkish delight.
