This is a royal dish, it can be a part of the Christmas dinner, this dish is the part of main course in so many of the hotels, in this we prepare the mixture of the flour, cinnamon powder, garlic powder, onion powder, then we marinate the veal in it, we brush it with the egg mixture, we also marinate the chopped mushrooms in it, then we fry the veal and roast the mushrooms, now add the Marsala to the olive oil to it, then we add veal and mushrooms with red wine, we cook it and served it.

Veal fish- 400 gm
All purpose flour- 100 gm

Marsala- 100 ml
Red wine- 200 ml

Methods Of Preparation
First you need to take the veal fish, take out the boneless part of it, now cut it into thin slices, now make the holes in the flesh of the veal with the folk or the sharp knife, now season it with the salt and pepper.
Now take the flour, season it with the salt and pepper, add the garlic and onions powder to it, now add the cinnamon powder to it, mix all the things well, now place the slices of the veal in the flour mixture, leave it for sometime.
In the jar, add the oats and the bread slices to it, now make the bread crumbs of it, beat the egg in the bowl, now apply the egg mixture on it with the brush, dust the bread slices on it, now take the pan, add the olive oil to it, place the slices of the veal to it, now fry it from all the sides, so that there will be a nice texture on the top.
Now take the mushrooms, cut it into thin slices, dust it also with the mixture of the flour, now mix all the things with the mushrooms, add little bit of the olive oil to it, leave this mixture for sometime, now take the grill pan, make it hot on the low heat, place all the mushrooms on it, now roast the mushrooms on it.
Now take the pan, add the olive oil to it, put it on the low heat, as the oil is hot, place one clove of the garlic to it, fry the garlic till it become dark brown, now take out the garlic from it, now add the veal to it, fry the veal from all the sides, now take it out and tap it with the kitchen paper.
Now in the same pan, add the Marsala to it, now mix it and leave it for sometime, now add the mushrooms and the veal to it, leave the mixture for sometime, now take the red wine, pour this to the veal mixture and again cook it with the covered lid, now take the serving plate, take out the veal and mushrooms to it, pour the Marsala on it, add pinch of the salt to it, take out the red wine to the glass and served all the things together. The dish is ready to eat.
