This is the delicious dish, in which we first cook the rice, then we take the slices of the veal we season it and dust it with the flour, then we fry it, we also fry the mushrooms to it, then we season the butter, add the white wine to it, we fry the cumin seeds, garlic, onions and tomatoes, then we add the veal and mushroom to it along with the cooked rice, then we served all the things.

Veal scaloppini- 300 gm
All purpose flour- 50 gm
Unsalted butter- 3 tablespoon
Garlic- 2 cloves
Mushrooms- 60 gm
White wine- 40 ml
Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
Parsley- 1 tablespoon chopped
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the rice, clean it in the running water, now place this to the bowl, add the water to it, season it with the salt and pepper, now cover it with the lid and leave it for about some hours, so that the water will be soaked by the rice.
Now take the bowl, add the water to it, add few drops of it, now add the rice to it, cover the lid and boil it for about the 10 minutes, so that the rice will be cooked, drain the water, now place cooked rice to the jar and make the paste in the mixing machine.
Now take the slices of the veal, take the folk and make holes on the veal, season it with the salt and pepper, now take the pan, add the butter to it, put it on the low heat, take the flour, season it with the salt and pepper, now take the slices of the veal, make a layer of the flour on it, now as the butter is melted, add the veal to it, fry it for about the 1 minutes.
Take it out to the tissue paper, tap it so that the oil has been soaked, now take the mushrooms, cut the bottom of it, now cut it into thin slices, now fry all the mushrooms in the same butter, now take it out and again soak it in the tissue paper.
Add more butter to the pan, as the butter is melted, season it with the salt and pepper, now add the fresh chopped parsley to it, now add the white wine to it, now cover the lid and leave it for sometime, so that the volume of the wine will reduce to half of it.
Now take the garlic, chopped it very fine, now take the onions, chopped it very fine, chopped the cherry tomatoes also, add the cumin seeds to the butter, fry it, now add the garlic first, then add the onions and tomatoes to it, cook it for some time.
Now add the rice to it, leave it for sometime, so that the flavor will get infused in the rice, now add the mushrooms and the veal to it again, now cover the lid and cook it for about the 5 minutes, now take out the veal to the serving plate, now pour the curry on the top of it, garnish is with the fresh mint leaves and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
