Recipe For The Delicious Vietnamese Pork And Morning Glory At Home

Pork is known to be the best source of the energy. It is loved by all over the world. In Vietnam pork is known to be the traditional dish and there are so many of the dishes of this. In this you will have to caramel with lots of the vegetables in the pork and then you have the morning glory with it and then it is served with the steam cooked rice.

This Is The Dish For The Big Night And Here Is The List Of The Ingredients And Then Process Of This Recipe:

Vietnamese Pork And Morning Glory

Preparation Time- 20 Minutes
Cooking Time- 90 Minutes
Serves- 4

Ingredients:

Shallots- 2
Garlic- 2 cloves
Onions- 1
Brown sugar- 4 tablespoon
Groundnut oil- 8 tablespoon
Pork fillet- 800 gm
Fish sauce- 4 tablespoon
Oyster sauce- 2 tablespoon
Black pepper- 1 teaspoon
Stock cube- 1
Water- 250 ml
Red chilli- 1
Morning glory- 1 bunch
Rice- 300 gm
Lime- 1

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

For this we make the caramel not with the water but with the oil and for this you need to take the pan and then add the oil into it and then add the sugar into it, as the sugar dissolve then add the finely chopped onions into it and then mix all the things together and then cook it for the some time. Now add the fine chopped garlic into it.

Step 2

Now take the pork meat and it is good to get the boneless and then chopped it into the small pieces and then take the bowl and then add the warm water into it and the add the pork meat into it and the leave it for the 10 minutes. Now take the mixture in the baking tray and then place it inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for the 40 minutes so that the meat will be cooked nicely.

Step 3

Now remove the water and then add this in the caramel mixture and then mix all the things together, now we will add the 2 teaspoon of the black pepper, fish sauce, oyster sauce and the stock into it. Now add the 250 ml of the warm water into it and then mix all the things.

Step 4

Now take the pan and then add the oil into it and then add the chopped red chili and the garlic into it and the cut the morning glory by it stem and the leaves and then add the leaves in the mixture and cook it for some time and then the juice of the glory will be release out and then it will get messy.

Step 5

Now take the bowl and then add the water into it and then place it on the low flame and the add the salt into it and then add the long rice into it with the 2 slices of the lime into it. Now as the mixture is start simmering then drain out the excess water and then take out the rice and then add this rice into the morning glory and then cook for the 5 minutes. After it take it out in another serving plate and enjoy it with the Chinese stick.

Step 6

Now take the cup and then add the coffee into it and then screw it tight, now in the another cup add the condensed milk into it and then add the hot water into the coffee, now the coffee with drop down slowly into the milk and then mix it. Now take the pork meat and the morning glory, enjoy it with the milk coffee.
