Preparation Time- 15 Minutes
Cooking Time- 30 Minutes
Butter- 1 knob
Self raising flour- 150 gm
Double cream- 100 ml
Raspberries- 1 handful
Icing sugar- 50 gm
White chocolate- 75 gm
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the bowl, put it on the medium heat, now add the butter and water in it, now leave it till is starts bubbling, now take the flour and add this to it, now whisk it so that there will be thick lumps free paste and it will not stick to the walls of pan.
Take it out in the another and cool it little bit, now crack 4 egg one by one and whisk it nicely and fast so that it will have a smooth paste, now take the piping bag and place the mixture in it.
Now take the baking tray, place the baking paper on it, now make the balls with the piping bags, now place this inside the oven at 220 degree Celsius for about the 15 minutes, then it will puff up and hollow from inside.
Now take the white chocolate and melt it, now in another bowl take the double cream and whisk it, take the raspberries put them in the jar and make the puree of it, now pass it to a seize and take out the juice of it in the cream, add some of the icing sugar in it, now again place it in the piping bag.
Make the hole in the puff and fill it with the cream mixture, now dip it in the white chocolate and served it, do this for the remaining puffs. The dish is ready to eat.
