This is dish for the fish eaters and in this we cook the fish in the barque style. We take the fish, clean it and remove the skin, we make the mixture of the butter, lime, cumin and coriander and marinate it, then this will cook in the oven, we make the egg sauce and the rice and served it.

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 15 Minutes
Lime juice- 1 tablespoon
Garlic- 1 clove
Fresh coriander- 1 handful
Ground cumin- 1 teaspoon
Butter- 1 knob
Fillets- 4 haddock
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Methods Of Preparation:
First we take the had dock fish, cut the mouth, tail of it, cut it from the middle and clean it, now take out the skin of it and remove the thorns in it by the plucker. Cut it in the 2 equal parts and season it with the salt and pepper.
Now take the bowl, add the butter to it, squeeze 1 lime to it, take the 1 tablespoon of the ground cumin, add this to the bowl, add chopped garlic and the coriander leaves in it, now mix all the things, season it with the salt and pepper to it.
Now take the aluminium foil, fold it in the 2 layer, now place this on the board and add the fish to it, now take the butter mixture and rub on the fish gently, so that the flavors will be absorbed by the fish nicely. Now wrap the foil and put this in the oven at 180 degree Celsius for the 10 minutes.
Now we take the egg white in the jar and whisk it gently, while whisking add the rape seeded oil in slowly so that there will be creamy paste in it, now add smoked paprika in it and mix it well.
Now take the bowl, add the salted water in it, take the rice and add this to the water, now cook the rice for 10 minutes, take it out and place it in the serving plate, now in the small bowl add the egg sauce. Take out the fish and this to the plate. Enjoy the delicious dish.
