Recipe For The Delicous Mojito Chicken At Home

This is the dish in which we have the 3 things. First we take the chicken, marinate it in the rum and the spice and then we grilled the whole chicken. We take take the long grain rice and cooked it. Then we take the mangoes and the avocado and fry it. These three things are served together.

Mojito Chicken

Preparation Time- 15 Minutes
Cooking Time- 30 Minutes
Serves- 2

Ingredients:

Chicken breast- 2
Garlic- 1 clove
Rum- 1 splash
Brown sugar- 1 tablespoon
Mango- 1
Avocado- 1
Red chilli- 1
Fresh coriander- 1 handful chopped
Olive oil- 1 splash
Brown rice- 200 gm
Salt- as per taste

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First, take the chicken breast, cut into the slices and place this in the tray, season it with the salt and pepper. Now take the bowl, add brown sugar to it, now take the ginger and the garlic paste in it. Now take the lime and squeeze the lime in it along with the rum into it. Take the mint leaves, chopped it and grab it in the palm, give a nice clap to it, add this to the mixture and mix all the things nicely.

Step 2

Now take the chicken add it to the mixture and rub the whole things on the chicken nicely. Leave the chicken for couple of hours, so that the flavours will go inside the chicken.

Step 3

Now take the grill pan, put it on the medium flame, add little bit of the oil to it. Now as the pan is hot, then place the chicken pieces directly to the grill pan and grill the sides, as it is grilled to the one side changed the side and grill the whole chicken.

Step 4

Now take the bowl add water in it, put this on the medium flame, add little bit of the oil in it, as the water is boiling add the long grain rice to it and leave it for the 25 minutes, so that the rice will be cooked, drain out the excess water and keep it in the plate.

Step 5

Now take the mangoes, chopped it nicely, take the avocado chopped it, chopped the red onions, put all of these in the bowl and mix all the things, add little bit of the oil in it and place this in the pan and fry it sometime, add chopped coriander in it.

Step 6

Now take the rice in the serving tray, on the top of it add the chicken and on the one side add the fruit mixture. The dish is ready to served.
