Recipe Of Bolognese Stuffed Roast Peppers

Ingredients:

some oil for drizzling
garlic cloves – 2
chopped onion – 1 large
beef mince – 500 gram
leaves picked oregano sprigs – 1 teaspoon of dried
tomato ketchup – 2 teaspoon
chopped tomato – 2*400 gram can
beef stock cube – 1
peppers – 4
leaves picked basil – small bunch
cheddar or grated mozzarella – 100 gram

Steps To Prepare The Recipe:

Step 1

Set the oven at 200 degree Celsius.

Step 2

Take a pan and add some oil to it. When the oil is heated, add onion and cook for some time or until it becomes soft. Add beef and garlic and cook until you find all the beef pieces turned brown. While cooking, keep on breaking it with the spoon. Next put oregano, tomato, stock cube and ketchup to the mixture. Season and then stir for one last time. Cover with a lid and allow to simmer for some 30 minutes.

Step 3

While the meat is cooking, halve the peppers and remove its seeds and the white membrane inside. Place from the cut side into a roasting tin and season it. Bake for some 20 minutes into the oven.

Step 4

When the beef mixture is cooked, add the softened peppers to it and place the whole mixture into the oven for 10 minutes more. As it is done, put some cheese on top with basil leaves and serve to yourself and your friends.
