Recipe Of Delicious And Yummy Marshmallow Muffin:
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
Butter 175 gm
Castor Sugar 175 gm
Egg 3 (large)
All Purpose Flour 350 gm
Milk 3 tbsp
Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp
Icing (needs for garnishing)
Method Of Prepration:
First preheat your oven in 180 degree Fahrenheit. Now place 10 paper case or muffin moulds on the baking tray.
Take a mixing bowl; pour butter and castor sugar in it. Mix them well with the help of a hand blender. It will take around 2-3 minutes to make it a fluffy mixture.
Now slowly add the eggs in the mixture and again mix it well. Then add all purpose flour, milk and vanilla extract in it. Beat them well so that the batter is so smooth and there will be no lumps in it.
If you are using muffin moulds grease them well with little butter and then sprinkle little amount of all purpose flour in them. Now fill half of the paper cases or muffin moulds with this batter.
Then put each of the Marshmallows on the poured batter. Now fill the remaining portion with the batter.
Bake your Marshmallow Muffins for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. When it is done take it out from your oven and then allow it to cool. Then garnish Marshmallow Muffins with different colored icing and then serve.
When you are pouring the batter in the mould just keep one thing in mind that you must not fill them to the top as the muffins get raised once it is baked. So, always fill them to the half of your muffin moulds.
