Recipe Of Delicious Cheesy And Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs are one of the most versatile dishes for breakfast. These scrambled eggs also can be eaten as quick dinner. You can make plain scrambled eggs only with eggs but to bring some novelty and to make it heavier you can mix varieties of vegetables, herbs and mushrooms with it. This is a popular breakfast dish which can be eaten with bread at the beginning of the day. Scrambled eggs are not only delicious to eat, it is full of nutrients including high quality protein and Lutein. This Lutein is a phytochemical that helps prevent eye problems such as macular degeneration. Apart from that, scrambles eggs are good source of minerals, vitamins and calcium. Other ingredients that may be used in scrambled egg, enhances its qualities. Moreover, scrambled egg is a very tasty dish which is loved by most of the people irrespective of their age. Ingredients:

4 duck eggs,
1 cup milk
1 onion
1 tomato
1 cup green pea
2 green chilies
black pepper
red chili flakes
cheese
1 bell pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
cilantro
8-10 button mushrooms
salt.

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes
Serves: 2

Methods of Preparation

Step 1

Break four eggs in a bowl. Add pinch of salt. Add one cup of milk and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Take a fork and beat it well. More whipping means more fluffiness of egg.

Step 2

Chop onion. Cut tomato into very small pieces and dice bell pepper.

Step 3

Boil green peas 10 minutes in water and strain the water immediately. After that, rewash green peas with chilled water. It will help peas to retain its color.

Step 4

Chop green chilies and eliminate seeds. Seeds are bad for stomach and it may create a stomach ache.

Step 5

Wash mushroom very well with hot water. Then strain the water and chop it. The outermost layer of mushroom is indigestible and they become digestible when they come in contact of heat. Pour a few drops of olive oil on a pan and add chopped mushroom on the pan. Stir and keep the lid of the pan on. After 5-6 minutes, remove the pan and sprinkle some salt over mushrooms. Stir continuously and check whether the mushroom is soft enough. Then remove them from pan.

Step 6

Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in the pan. Let the butter melt. Add onion slices in the oil and keep stirring on low flame. After that, add beaten eggs in the oil. Stir continuously for 3-4 minutes till the eggs get set. Now add green peas and fried mushrooms in it. Sprinkle salt to taste. Mix everything. At last add red chili flakes, black pepper, green chili, and chopped cilantro on the egg. Stir to mix everything. Red chili flakes and chopped green chili are optional. If you do not like hot taste or you are preparing scrambled eggs for children, restrict the use of these two ingredients. Just before removing this preparation from oven, grate a good amount of mozzarella cheese over the egg to make it more tasty.

Step 7

Serve hot scrambled eggs at breakfast with bread and butter.
