Salmon 160 gm
Steamed Spinach 100 gm
Steamed Asparagus 2
Cherry Tomato 25 gm
Boiled Potato 8
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder 5 gm
Cinnamon Powder 5 gm
Onion 15 gm (cut it in thin slices)
Chopped Onion 10 gm
Chopped Parsley 5 gm
Olive Oil 15 ml
Butter 15 gm
Water 100 ml.
Cut the salmon in thin fillets and then clean it with plenty of water. Strain the excess water from the fish. Then pour it in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder and cinnamon powder in it. Mix all the ingredients and marinate the fish with all these ingredients for at least 1 hour.
Take the boiled potato, peel the skin of them and pour them in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt in it and mash the boiled potato with your hand so that it gets smooth. Now make small balls from the mashed potatoes.
Now grill the fish in your micro oven by applying a little olive oil on it. Turn it to the other side so that it gets cooked from all the sides.
Now take a non stick pan and pour butter in the pan. Allow it to boil in low flame. Then pour the thin sliced onion in it. Fry it in low flame until it turns brown. Then pour these fried onions in another bowl and keep it aside to use in later part of this recipe.
Add chopped onion in the rest of the butter and fry it till it turns light brown in color. Then add a little water in it and put the flame on simmer.
When the water starts to boil add the grilled fish in to it. Then add cherry tomatoes and asparagus in it. When the fish turns soft remove it from the flame.
Take a serving plate and pour steamed spinach on the plate. Then pour the fish on it. Garnish it with boiled potato balls, cherry tomatoes and boiled asparagus. Your Cinnamon Fish is now ready to serve.
