Turkey is the dish for the celebration time. It is the main dish for the christmas night. In this dish we take the onions add the mushrooms in it. Add little bit of the spices into it. Now we smoked the turkey and add this to the dish. Then it is served with the long grain rice.

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 40 Minutes
Onions- 1 sliced
Shot oil- 1
Mushrooms- 250 gm
Salt- as per taste
Paprika- 1 teaspoon
Turkey- 300 gm
Cream- 250 ml
Chicken stock- 150 ml
Parsley- 2 sprigs
Rice- 170 gm
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the onions, peel it, slice it nicely. Take the pan, add some of the oil in it, put this on the low flame and add all the onions into it, fry all the onions. Now take the mushrooms into the slices of equal thickness. As the onions are translucent add the sliced mushrooms into it.
Now take the bowl, add water into, add a pinch of the salt in it. Now put this on the low flame and boil the whole thing. As it is boiling then add the rice into it and cook it for the 10 minutes. Now as the rice come to the top, drain the water and take it out in the plate.
Now take the glass, add boiling water into it, add the chicken stock into it. Mix the stock to the water nicely. Now take the turkey, season it with the salt and pepper, brush it with the butter and place this inside the oven for at least the 30 minutes. Now take it out and pulled the meat to make the rough slice of it.
Now as the mushrooms are slightly cooked add the salt in it, add 1 teaspoon of the paprika, mix all the things nicely. Now add all the turkey in it and stir it nicely, now add the cream into it. As the mixture is bubbling add the chopped parsley in it.
Now take out the turkey in the bowl, add the grated cheese on the top and in the serving plate add the rice to it. The delicious turkey for the big night is ready.
