Recipe Of Hot Chilli Pork In Chinese Style

In comparison to beef pork is quite healthy. When you use lean pork, it is low in fat and lower in calories. It contains number of nutrients like zinc, iron, potassium, magnesium, and nutrients. Other nutrients like vitamin B6, B12, thiamine and riboflavin also present in pork in a good amount.

Hot Chilli Pork

Preparation Time: 2 Hours
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

lean pork- 250 grams
garlic-10 cloves
onion – 1
bell pepper – 1
7-8 green chili
vinegar
black soy sauce
black pepper
fresh coriander leaves
salt and vegetable oil

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

Cut lean pork into small pieces. Sprinkle salt and pour 2-3 tablespoons vinegar on them. Mix everything. Marinate pork in vinegar for at least 2 hours to get soft.

Step 2

Peel and cut onion into equal four pieces and remove the flakes. Mince garlic cloves. Chop green chili and remove the seeds. Seeds are not good for stomach. It may create stomach ache. Dice bell pepper. Coarsely grind black pepper corn. Chop coriander leaves finely and keep this in the refrigerator openly. Allow chill air pass through the coriander. It will help coriander to retain its beautiful green color.

Step3

Heat 2 tablespoons oil on a pan and add pork pieces removing them from vinegar. Stir for a minute. Then keep the lid on. Cook the pork on low flame keeping the lid on for 20-25 minutes. This time is enough for marinated pork to get soft. Now remove them from the pan. After that, again add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil on the pan. Let them heat. Add minced garlic. Stir them continuously. Then add onion flakes and diced bell pepper. Keep stirring everything on high heat. Add pork on the pan. Pour 2 -3 tablespoons black soy sauce on the pan. Keep stirring to mix everything. Taste the salt and add if it is needed. At last add finely chopped green chili and sprinkle some coarsely ground black pepper. Remove them from pan.

Garnish them with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve this tasty preparation hot with steamed rice, bread or noodles.
