Devilled eggs are also famous as angel eggs, Russian eggs, and picnic eggs. Devilled or deviled eggs are hard-boiled eggs. This classic and delicious dish is perfect for summer suppers and potlucks. half teaspoon of vinegar (white wine)
½ teaspoon of mustard, any kind

3 tablespoon of crushed red onion

Method of Preparation:
Before proceeding for cooking the eggs, make sure that your eggs are good. If your eggs are in refrigerator for a long time, you might not be aware of the quality of eggs. For this take bowl of cold water. And put the egg in that bowl. If the egg sinks to the bottom, egg is perfectly fine. If it flows, throw it out. The next thing is peeling the eggs. Sometimes it is really tough to peel the hard boiled eggs. The reason is they are too fresh to peel. If your eggs are four or five days old, it is very easy to peel. So, if you are planning for devilled eggs preparation, purchase the eggs four or five days prior to the preparation of the dish and keep it in the fridge.
Now, cook the eggs. For this place these eggs in to the pan. Fill the pan with water preferably cold water. Place them on the stove. Cover the eggs about an inch and half with water for good cooking. As the water comes to the boiling point, turn off the heat and cover up the pan using a lid. This is to ensure that the eggs are not cracked because of over heat.
Set the timer for 17 minutes. After seventeen minutes, drain your eggs and fill them with cold water so that the eggs will be cooled.
Now crack and peel the eggs. Once you finish with peeling the eggs, rinse them in the water to ensure that no shells on the eggs.
Cut each and every egg in to half preferably length wise. Take out the yolks and put them into a bowl preferably medium sized. Now mash up the egg yolks a little bit by adding mayonnaise. After smashing up add horseradish, white vinegar and mustard and stir well. Stir some vinegar and chopped red onions. Add pepper and salt for taste. Now stir well again.
Take a serving plate. Place some spinach leaves on the plate. This is to ensure that eggs are in a position. Place the white halves of eggs on the plate. Fill the white halves with the yolk mixture. You can use decorator to give a festive look to your dish. After filling the white halves sprinkle some paprika on top as desired.
