Direction Non How To Prepare The Recipe
Take beef and cut into long and thin slices of 5 cm thick and 5 cm long. When all the beef is cut, put into a bowl and add sesame oil, soy sauce, sherry or rice wine and corn flour. Place the bowl aside and allow to marinate for some 20 minutes.
Place a wok on high setting and heat. When it turns hot, add groundnut oil to it. As soon as it starts smoking, add the marinated beef slices till all gets brown. Finally remove the slices from the wok and allow to drain into a colander which is already set inside the bowl. Remove the drained oil.
Clean the wok and heat it again on high setting. This time, add peppers and cook for some 4-5 minutes or until the peppers get soft. Add oyster sauce and allow it to simmer for some time. Add the drained beef pieces back to the wok and mix thoroughly so as to apply oyster sauce. Cook for some more minutes.
This completes your recipe. Serve the recipe into a platter and don’t forget to garnish with spring onions. Serve hot to receive the best taste.
