Recipe To The Chicken Parmesan Meatballs At Home

If you are planning to cook something for the evening party especially snacks, then you can go with the chicken parmesan meatballs, this creamy dish is easy to cook, in this we first prepare the mixture of the roasted breadcrumbs and the grated parmesan cheese, then we take the ground chicken, add the beaten eggs, add the spices, cheese to it, we make the balls of the it, we fry it, then we bake it along with the plenty of the cheese on it, we served it with the bread.

Serves- 4

Ingredients-

Chicken- 400 gm
Parmesan cheese- 200 gm
Bread slices- 3
Cinnamon powder- 1 teaspoon
Ground cumin- 1 teaspoon
Ginger powder- 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder- 1 teaspoon
Tomatoes- 4
Green chili- 3
Ginger- 1 teaspoon sliced
Butter- 40 gm
Onion powder- 1 tablespoon
Eggs- 2
Olive oil- 3 tablespoon
Oregano- 1 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese- 50 gm
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation-

Step 1-

First you need to take the bread slices, tour it and put it in the grinder jar, make the thick breadcrumbs of it, take the pan, add some of the butter to it, roast the breadcrumbs in it, allow it to cool, grate the parmesan cheese in it, mix it.

Step 2-

Now take the tomatoes, put it in the deep bowl, with the salted water, cover the lid and boil it for about the 10 minutes, now take out the tomatoes, put it in the running water, so that the skin will get easily removed, put it in the blending jar and make the paste of it.

Step 3-

Take the skillet, add some of the olive oil it, take the red chili, chopped it very fine, chopped the ginger root also, make the paste of it, fry this paste in the olive oil, add the tomato paste in it, stir it continuously for about the 5 minutes, as the color is dark red, remove it from the flame.

Step 4-

Take the chicken, cut the meat of it, now with the sharp knife, chopped it very fine, place all the meat in the bowl, season it with the salt and pepper, crack 2 eggs in the bowl, whisk it, mix it with the chicken, grate the parmesan cheese on it, add the cinnamon powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder to it, add some of the melted butter in it, mix up all the things well to make the dough of it, leave it for sometime.

Step 5-

Make the small balls of the chicken, roll it in the breadcrumbs mixture nicely, drizzle some of the olive oil to it, take the skillet, add the olive oil to it, place all the balls to it, now fry the balls from all the sides, so that the color of the balls change to golden color, take it out to the kitchen paper, soak out the oil of it.

Step 6-

Take the baking tray, grease it with the oil, place all the balls in it, add the tomato mixture on the top of it, now make a thick layer of the grated mozzarella cheese on it, shake it well, place this mixture in a preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 15 minutes, now take out in the serving plate, sprinkle dried oregano on it and served it. The delicious chicken parmesan meatballs is ready to eat.
