Ham- 600 gm
Balsamic vinegar- 2 tablespoon
Ginger powder- 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder- 1 teaspoon
Dijon mustard- 2 tablespoon
Honey- 1 teaspoon
Chicken stock- 2 cubes
Parsley- 2 tablespoon chopped
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Preparation time- 10 minutes
Cooking time- 50 minutes
Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the ham, clean it properly with the running water, now you need to tap it with the kitchen cloth so that there will not be any moisture in it, take the sharp knife and cut the fat from it, now cut the deep mark to the ham, season it with the salt and pepper, rub it gently.
Now you need to take the deep bowl, cover the lid and then put it on the medium heat, you need to make the bowl heat, for this you need to add 1 tablespoon of the water in it, if the water start evaporating immediately, then you need to take the ham and then you need to place it to the pan, with the marinated side down.
Now you need to again season the top of the ham with the salt and pepper, cover the lid and cook it for about the 10 minutes, over the medium heat, now you need to take the bowl, add the balsamic vinegar to it, add the ginger powder, add the cinnamon powder to it, add the Dijon mustard in it, to give it a sweet taste add 1 tablespoon of the honey to it, mix all the things well.
Now you need to remove the lid of the bowl after the 10 minutes, flip to the other side and again fry it for sometime, now you need to take the hot water in the bowl, add the chicken stock in it, crumble it in the water, with the help of the folk mix it gently, so that there will not be any lumps in it.
As you see that it is cooked slightly to the bottom, now you need to again flip it to the score side, add the chicken stock in it, cover the lid and cook it for about the 15 minutes in the chicken stock mixture, meanwhile take the fresh parsley leaves, chopped it very fine.
Now you need to remove the lid of the bowl, as the chicken stock become sticky, add the balsamic vinegar mixture it, with the help of the spatula spread the mixture to the other sides of the ham, leave the ham for 3 minutes, so that the ham will get glazed by the mixture, change the side of the ham and again glazed it for 3 minutes.
Take out the ham on the plate, now take the folk in one hand and sharp knife to the other hand, cut the slices of the ham, now served the slices on the serving plate, sprinkle the parsley on it and served it. The delicious balsamic and Dijon glazed ham is ready to eat.
