Recipe For The Delicious Cherry Muffins With Brown Sugar Almond Crust Gluten Free At Home

This is the delicious sweet dish and it is loved by most of the kids, it is easy to cook and healthy, you will get it in most of the confectionary shops, to cook it at home, you need to first caramelized  the brown sugar, then we prepare the mixture of the gluten-free flour, vanilla, milk, we add another mixture of the eggs and sugar, we add the chopped cherry to it, we then place this in the baking tray and make the layer of the chocolate in it also so, we cut it and served it.  Cherry Muffins With Brown Sugar Almond Crust

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 20 Minutes
Serves- 4


Gluten free flour- 100 gm
Sugar- 40 gm
Icing sugar- 20 gm
Brown sugar- 50 gm
Cinnamon powder- 1 teaspoon
Cardamom powder- 1 teaspoon
Egg- 2
Whole milk- 30 ml
Butter- 100 gm
Cheery- 50 gm
Chocolate- 50 gm
Almonds- 30 gm chopped
Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation-

Step 1-

First you need to take the pan, place a fine sieve to it, add the gluten free flour to it, add the granulated sugar to it, mix all the things well, now sieve all the things well, take the small butter cubes, mix it to the flour with the help of the help of the finger tips to get the breadcrumb consistency, now add the baking powder to it, add the milk to it, add the cherry to it, mix it and leave it for sometime.

Step 2-

Take two bowls, transfer the egg yolk and white in it, whisk the egg white gently, as the bubbles are formed, add the icing sugar to it, whisk it till the soft peaks develop, now whisk the yolk, as you get the smooth creamy texture,  add the vanilla extract to it, mix both the mixture gently, pour this mixture to the flour bowl, now knead it gently to make the soft dough out of it.

Step 3-

Take the pan, add the water to it, put it on the low flame, as the water starts boiling add the brown sugar to it, take the spatula and keep on stirring so that the sugar will not stick to the bottom, as you see the bubbles are there, then add the cinnamon powder to it, again whisk it to get the thick paste of it, transfer it to the bowl and cool it down.

Step 4-

Take the microwave safe bowl, take the dark chocolate and make the pieces of it, put these pieces in the bowl for about the 2 minutes, now take the spoon, whisk it gently to make the smooth mixture, you need to add the hot water to it, to make the perfect consistency for the layering.

Step 5-

Now take the baking tray, place the baking paper on it, now pour the flour mixture on it, now make the layer of the caramelized mixture on it, now again make the layer of the dark chocolate, now again cover it with the remaining flour mixture, sprinkle some of the chopped almonds on the top of it, place this inside the oven for about the 20 minutes at 180 degree Celsius, take them out, put it inside the refrigerator for about the 1 hour, now cut it and served it in the slices.
