This is the most famous dish and it is served in most of the restaurants, in this we cut the pieces of the chicken breast, coat it in the mixture of the flour, garlic, ginger onion powder, we fry it, then we fry the garlic with white wine, we fry the tomatoes, then we add the cooked basil leaves and then we add the double cream to it, we make the paste of the cooked chicken and stock of it, then we add all the things and served it with grated parmigiana cheese and chopped parsley.

Chicken breast- 700 gm
Garlic- 4 cloves
Olive oil- 3 tablespoon
Flour- 3 tablespoon
White wine- 50 gm
Chicken stock- 60 ml
Double cream- 60 ml
Parmigiana cheese- 50 gm
Cherry tomatoes- 10
Bow ties- 700 gm
Basil leaves- 1 handful
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the chicken breast, clean it properly, now take out the meat part of it, cut it into pieces, take the bowl, add the flour to it, add the garlic, ginger and onion powder to it, season it with the salt and pepper, mix all the things well, take the pieces of the meat and place it in the flour, coat the flour nicely to the meat.
Take the big skillet, add the olive oil to it, put it on the medium flame, as the oil it hot, add the chicken to it and fry it nicely, flip to the other side and fry it completely.
Take the chicken, add it to the bowl, add the water, add 1 cinnamon stick to it, add bay leaves, put it on the low heat, cover the lid and cook it for about the 30 minutes, take out the chicken and put it in the jar, add little bit of the juice of it, now make the thick paste of it.
Now take the same skillet, add little bit of the oil to it, as the skillet is hot add the finely chopped garlic to it, as the garlic gets brown, add 4 tablespoon of the white wine vinegar to it, as the steam will disappear add the remaining white wine to it, add the chicken stock to it, leave it for about the 10 minutes, so that the volume of the juice reduces to its half.
Add the little bit of the chili flakes to it, season it with the salt and pepper, crushed the tomatoes with your hands, add these to the mixture, mix it well and boil it for sometime and cook it.
Take the bowl, add the water to it, put it on the low flame, add the leaves of the clean basil to it, season it with the salt and pepper, cover it with the lid and leave it for sometime, so that the volume of oil is reduced to half of it, drain the water of it.
In the bowl, add the basil to it with the cherry tomatoes and then fried chicken, add the double cream to it, add the grated parmigiana cheese to it, now cook it for 5 minutes and place it directly to the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes, now take it out and sprinkle the finely chopped parsley to it and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
