This is the delicious dish of the chicken with the goodness of white beans in it, in this we half boil the white beans, we make the chicken stock, we marinate the chicken, with the red chili, olive oil, English mustard, we bake it and shred the pieces of it, we fry the onions and garlic, we add the paste of the chili, we add the white beans, chicken, chicken stock in it and cook it, we add the cream cheese and the double cream to get the white mixture, we served it.

Chicken- 500 gm whole
Red chili- 2 tablespoon
Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
Red wine- 200 ml
English mustard- 1 tablespoon
White beans- 200 gm
Garlic- 3 cloves
Roasted cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
Green chili- 4
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the whole chicken, clean it in the running water, take out the skin of it, now you need to poke the chicken with the knife, now you need to take the bowl, add the olive oil to it, add the red chili in it, add the English mustard in it, season it with the salt and pepper, add little bit of the yogurt in it, mix all the things well.
Now you need to take the mixture, rub it gently on the chicken, leave it for sometime, so that the chicken will get marinated, now take the baking tray, place the chicken on it, add the red wine on it, cover it with the aluminum foil, place this inside the oven for about the 15 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
After 15 minutes, take out the chicken from the oven, now shred the meat from the chicken and cut it into small pieces, now in the bowl, add the white beans in it, add the water in it, add little bit of the salt to it, put it on the low flame, cover the lid and boil it for 10 minutes, take it out and drain the water, in the jar, take the hot water, crumble chicken stock cube in it, mix all the things, so that there will be any lumps.
Take the onion, peel it and chopped it very fine, place the deep bowl, add the olive oil to it, add the onions to it, add chopped garlic to it, fry the whole things, now add the paste the green chili to it, fry it for 15 seconds, now add the mixture of the red chili, roasted cumin seeds in it, mix all the things in it.
Now you need to add the chicken stock in it, add the beans in it, cover the lid and leave the mixture for about the 15 minutes, as you see the beans are getting soften, add the chicken pieces in it, again boil it for sometime, grate the cream cheese in it, add 2 tablespoon of the double cream in it, mix all the things and then boil the mixture for about the 5 minutes, as the mixture is thicken, take it out from the flame.
Now you need to take the serving bowl, take out the mixture in it, add 1 butter cube in it, sprinkle finely chopped parsley in it and then served it. The delicious creamy white chili chicken is ready to eat.
