Recipe To The Delicious Gluten Free Lemon Macadamia Nuts Cookies At Home

Gluten free flour- 200 gm
Sugar- 100 gm
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Macadamia nuts- 40 gm
Cinnamon powder- 1 teaspoon
Banana- 2
Lemon- 3
Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon
Maple syrup- 3 tablespoon
Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
Lemon zest- 1 teaspoon
Coconut oil- 1 tablespoon
Olive oil- 1 tablespoon

Methods Of Preparation

Step 1-

First you need to place the sieve on the bowl, add the gluten free flour to it, now sieve all the flour, now mix the icing sugar to it, add the baking powder to it, mix all the things well, in a mixture grinder, add the macadamia nuts, now make the powder of it, add this powder to the flour mixture, add cinnamon powder to it.

Step 2-

Crack 2 eggs in the bowl, add the milk to it, add 1 teaspoon of the vanilla extract to it, beat the mixture gently, now mix this to the flour mixture, knead it gently to make the soft elastic dough of it, place the cling film on the top of it and place it to cool place.

Step 3-

Now take the banana, peel it, cut it into slice, put it in the jar, add the cinnamon powder to it, add lemon juice to it, add lemon zest to it, blend up the whole things to get the paste of it, now take it out to the bowl, add the maple syrup to it, add some of the coconut oil to it, now take the folk and mix all the things.

Step 4-

Step 5-

Now take out the cookies to the other greased baking tray, now cut the slices of the lemon, now add a good amount of maple syrup to it, shake it little bit, now take the banana mixture and make the layer of it, now again put it inside the oven at the same temperature for about the 10 mixture, so that the banana mixture will get nicely glazed.

Step 7-

Take out the baking tray, now add the small butter cubes on each cookie, shake it so that it will get melt, now transfer the cookies to the serving plate, take the icing sugar and dust it on the cookies, especially on the glazed lemon slices, take the whipped double cream, add the lemon to it, now served it to another bowl.
