Recipe To The Delicious Kielbasa Shrimp Fried Rice At Home

If you planning to cook something delicious in the Chinese style, then you can go with the kielbasa shrimp fried rice, it is simple dish and easy to cook, in this we first scrambled the egg in the olive oil and sesame oil, then we fry the onions, carrot, garlic and frozen peas, we boil the rice also, we coat the shrimp with the mixture of the flour, pepper and cinnamon, we fry the shrimp, then we cook all the things together with the soy sauce and served it.

Kielbasa Shrimp Fried Rice

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 30 Minutes
Serves- 4

Ingredients:

Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
Sesame oil- 1 teaspoon
Egg- 1
Onion- 1
Garlic- 2 cloves
Carrot- 1
Rice- 200 gm
Butter- 40 gm
Frozen peas- 50 gm
Shrimps- 400 gm
All purpose flour- 40 gm
Cinnamon powder- 1 teaspoon
Parsley- 1 teaspoon chopped
Mint leaves- 4
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First you need to take the pan, add some of the olive oil to it, put it on the low heat, as the oil is hot, add the sesame seed oil to it, add little bit of the water to it also, you should have plenty of the olive oil, so that the things will not get stick to the bottom, add some of the cumin seeds to it.

Step 2

Now take the egg, crack it in the bowl, season it with the salt and plenty of the pepper, pour the egg in the pan, take fry only for the 10 seconds, now take the spatula and flip to the other side and again fry it for sometime, now tour it into pieces, stir the pan and fry the whole egg for about the 40 seconds, now take it out to the kitchen paper.

Step 3

Now take the carrot, peel it and dice it into pieces, take the frozen peas, put it in the normal water for sometime, chopped the garlic and the onions very fine, in the same pan, add the garlic first, fry it, then add the onions along with the peas and carrot, fry all the things at very low flame, add some of the water and cover the lid for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Now take the shrimp, clean it in the running water, now cut the top and the bottom of it, take the knife and cut the slices of it, take the all purpose flour, season it with the salt and the pepper, add some of the cinnamon to it, mix all the things well, coat the shrimp with the flour, take another pan, add butter to it, as the butter is melted, add the shrimp to it, fry it.

Step 5

Take the deep bowl, add the butter to it, put it on the low heat, add the water soaked clean rice in it, add the water in it, now cover the lid and cook it for about the 10 minutes, drain the water, now take the carrot pan, add the shrimp to it, add the egg to it, add the rice to it, fry all the things well, add the plenty of the soy sauce to it, grate the cheese on the top of it.

Step 6

Now take it out in the serving bowl, sprinkle fresh chopped parsley leaves on it, garnish it with the mint leaves and served it. The delicious kielbasa shrimp fried rice is ready to eat.
