Methods Of Preparation:
For you need to take the whole beef shoulder, cut the into quarters, now take the deep bowl, add the half cut onion, whole garlic, bay leaves, olive oil, star anise, peppercorns in it, add the water to it, put it on the medium heat, add the beef shoulder to it, make sure that the beef should be covered by the water, now cover the lid and cook the whole thing for about the 50 minutes.
Remove the lid and check if the meat is tender or not, as you see the meat pieces are coming out from the shoulder, then take it out, along with the boiled onions and the garlic, now with the help of the sharp knife take out the meat from the shoulder and chopped it in the big chunks.
Now you need to take the beans, cut the top and the bottom of it, take out the thread of it, now cut it into pieces, put it in the bowl and clean it with the water, now take it out, drain the water, in the same bowl, add the olive oil to it, add the water, add 1 teaspoon of the salt to it, put it on the low heat, cover the lid and partially cook it for about the 4 minutes.
Now you need to take the onion, peel it, chopped it very fine, take the garlic, crushed it and chopped it very fine, now take same deep bowl, add the olive oil to it, as the pan is hot, add the onions and the garlic to it, fry it for about the 2 minutes, add the partially cooked green beans to it, fry the whole thing for about the 3 minutes.
Take the tomatoes, put it on the bowl, add the water to it, now add the salt to it, leave it for about the 5 minutes with the lid covered, now take out the tomatoes, peel the skin of it, add the tomatoes to the jar, add 2 red chili in it, we add the boiled onion and garlic, add water to it, now blend the whole thing to get the paste of it, now add this paste to the beef mixture.
Now add the finely chopped cilantro to it, add little bit of the water to it, again cover the lid and leave it for about the 20 minutes, so that there will be a thick gravy and all the spices will get infused in each other, remove it from the heat, take the serving bowl, add the beef stew in it, place a cube on it.
