All purpose flour- 100 gm
Baking soda- 1 teaspoon
Dark chocolate- 100 gm
Chocolate chips- 100 gm
Brown sugar- 1 cup
Icing sugar- 1 tablespoon
Butter- 200 gm
Vanilla seeds- 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon
Salt- a pinch
Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the sieve on the bowl and sieve the all purpose flour from it, then you need to take the skillet, add all the flour to it and roast it for 1 minute, as the smell start coming out take it out and transfer it to the bowl and cool it down.
Take the same skillet, add the butter in it, put it on the low heat, as the butter in melted, add the flour to it, mix all the things well, as you get the creamy mixture and the bubbles in the mixture take it out, take the vanilla, cut it from the middle, now scratch out the seeds of the vanilla with the sharp knife and mix it with the sugar mixture.
Now take the flour, crack 2 eggs in it, add little bit of the sugar in it, add 1 pinch of salt to it, add 1 teaspoon of the baking soda to it, take the whisker and whisk all the things very well, you need to get the consistency like the thick paste, now add the chocolate chips of it, cover it with the cling film and keep it aside for sometime.
Now you take the baking tray, flip to the bottom side, now place the aluminium foil to it, now press it to get the shape of the baking tray, now take the oil spray and spray gently to the edges of the baking tray, place the aluminium foil to it and press the edges of it, take out the cling film and mix it with the brown sugar mixture, now spread this mixture to the edges of the baking tray and place this to a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 20 minutes.
Now take the dark chocolate, add the pieces of it in a bowl, place this bowl in the microwave for about the 1 minute, take the spoon and make the paste of the hot chocolate, take out the blondies from the oven, spread the chocolate mixture on the top of it, spread it with the spoon and make an even layer on the top, place this inside the refrigerator for about the 1 hour, so that the chocolate will get set easily.
Take it out, dust it with the icing sugar, cut it into squares of about 2 inches, take the serving plate and served the blondies on it. The delicious praline blondies is ready to eat.
