Double cream- 40 gm

Methods Of Preparation-
First you need to take the French bread loaf, now take the sharp knife, cut the slices from it of about half an inch thickness, keep them aside, take the banana, peel it, cut the slices of it also, crack 2 eggs in the bowl, add cinnamon to it, whisk the whole mixture gently, make sure that the cinnamon should mixed with the egg completely.
Now take the baking tray, grease it with the olive oil, now place the bread slices first, make the layer of it, now place the banana slices on it and again make the make the slices of the bread again, you need to follow the patter, until all the bread and banana will be finished, now pour the egg mixture in it and leave it for 2 hours, so that the egg is soaked by the bread easily.

Take the double cream in the bowl, now whipped the cream so that there will be soft peaks in it, add the sugar to it, mix all the things well. Take the bread mixture, pour the milk mixture on the top of it, now shake it well, so that all the mixture will be evenly spread, now place this inside an oven preheated at 180 degree Celsius for about the 10 minutes.
