Pumpkin pie oatmeal is a healthy dish with full of calories you need in a day, in this dish, we cut the pumpkin in fine pieces, season it, we fry it with the pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon powder, we make the paste of it, we also roast the oatmeal, pecans and almonds, we mix all the things, we make the layers of it in a baking tray, we bake it and served it.

Pumpkin- 1 kg
Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
Pumpkin pie spice- 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder- 1 teaspoon
Brown sugar- 1 tablespoon
Oatmeal- 100 gm
Pecan nuts- 20 gm chopped
Almonds- 20 gm chopped
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Methods Of Preparation-
First you need to take the pumpkin, cut the top hard part of it, now cut it into half and then to the quarters, take the spoon, scoop out the seeds of it, place this to the running water and then clean it gently, now take the sharp knife and peel the pumpkin, cut the pumpkin into slices.
Take the folk and poke the pumpkin gently, place all the pumpkin to the bowl, season it with the plenty of the pepper and salt, toss the bowl, so that all the things will get mixed to each other gently.
Take the pan, put it on the low heat, as the pan is hot, add little bit of the olive oil to it, add some of the cumin seeds to it, fry all the seeds for sometimes, now add all the pumpkin dices to it, cover it with the lid and cook it for about the 10 minutes, now take it out, there will be plenty of the water to it, fry the pumpkin for 5 minutes again.
Now all the pumpkin is soften, add pumpkin pie spice to it, add little bit of the cinnamon powder to it, take it out from the heat and allow it to cool, now put it in the blender jar and blend up the whole pumpkin to get the paste of it, now take it out, add little bit of the brown sugar to it, mix it.
Now take the pan, put it on the low heat, make the pan hot, add the butter to it, now add the oats to it, toss it gently, so that all the butter will get easily mixed up and a nice roasting smell of the oats meal is coming out from the oats, take out the oats to the different bowl, now chopped the pecans, almonds and place them to the same pan and roast them also.
Now take the baking tray, place the aluminum foil to it, add the pumpkin pie mixture to it, spread the mixture to the edges of the baking tray, sprinkle the roasted nuts on it, now add the layer of the oats to it, spray some of the olive oil to it, cover it with the aluminum foil and place it in a preheat oven at 180 degree celcius for about the 8 to 10 minutes, take it out and served it.
