Recipe To The Delicious Pumpkin Spice Waffles Gluten Free At Home

This is the perfect evening snacks for your kids and it is healthy. In this we prepare the mixture of the flour, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, garlic, clove, we cook the pumpkin, we mash it and add the pumpkin spice in it, then we mix it in the beaten egg, we add the milk and melted butter in it, we add the flour mixture in it and prepare a thick mixture, then we add this to the waffle iron and we bake the pumpkin waffles, add the butter and pumpkin seeds and served it.

Pumpkin Spice Waffles Gluten Free

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes

Serves- 4


All purpose flour- 50 gm
Pumpkin spice- 2 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder- 1 teaspoon
Clove powder- 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder- 1 teaspoon
Pumpkin- 500 gm
Eggs- 4
Butter- 40 gm
Pumpkin seeds- 1 tablespoon
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation-

Step 1-

First you need to take the clean bowl, place the sieve on it, add the flour to it, sieve the flour gently, throw if there are foreign elements in the flour, now add 1 teaspoon of the pumpkin spice to it, now mix it completely, add 1 teaspoon of the garlic powder, cinnamon powder, clove power, baking powder, season it with the salt and pepper, mix all the gently with the whisker, as you see the color of the flour is same all over, stop whisking.

Step 2-

Now you need to take the pumpkin, cut it from half, scoop out the seeds from it, peel the hard skin of it, now cut it into chunks, now clean all the pumpkin in the running water, take the skillet, put it on the low flame, add little bit of the oil to it, add all the pumpkin to it, cover it with the lid and cook it for 2 minutes.

Step 3-

Step 4-

Take 4 eggs, beat it in the bowl, add the pumpkin paste in it, whisk it gently, make sure that there should not be any lumps in it, now melt in the butter in the microwave and add this to the pumpkin mixture, add the whole milk in it, mix all the things nicely to get the smooth paste from it.

Step 5-

Take the flour mixture, add the pumpkin mixture in it slowly and whisk it continuously, add all the pumpkin mixture in it and make the smooth paste the consistency is just like the custard, grease the waffle iron with the melted butter, add the mixture in it, spread it evenly, now cook it for about 8 minutes.

Step 6-

Now take it out and then toss it gently with the fingers, so that it will have the crispy texture, now preheat your oven at 180 degree Celsius, place the pumpkin waffles on the grill tray and place it inside the oven for about the 10 minutes, now in the skillet, toast some of the pumpkin seeds, now take out the waffles, place this on the serving plate, add butter to it, add pumpkin seeds to it and served it.
