This dish is served in many restaurants and you can easily cook it at your home also, first you need to boil the avocado in the salted water, scoop out the avocado in the bowl, mix the garlic, ginger powder, paste of the cherry tomatoes. We roast the garlic in the oven, we chopped it and mix it avocado, then we fry the chopped bacon, we fry the onions in the juice of the bacon, we add this on the top of the guacamole and served it.

Methods Of Preparation-
First you need to take the avocado, now place this in the hot water, put it on the low heat, as the boil starts boiling, add a pinch of salt to it, leave it for about the 2 minutes, now take it out and allow to cool, now take the sharp knife, cut it into half by twisting the avocado, now take out the seed of it, scoop out the avocado to the bowl, season it with the salt and pepper, add the garlic and the ginger powder to it, mash it with the spoon.
Now you need to take the garlic cloves, peel it, place it in the bowl, add a pinch of the cinnamon powder to it, mix it gently with the garlic, now spread the aluminum foil on the board, place the garlic on it, wrap the aluminum foil in it, like that the foil should not touch the garlic, now preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius, now carefully place the garlic in it for about the 10 minutes, so that the garlic will cook from inside and will not get burnt.
Take out the garlic, cool it down and chopped it very fine, now mix it with the avocado, take the cherry tomatoes, cut it into very quarters, now place this inside the jar and blend it only for the 10 seconds, so that there will be pulps of the tomatoes in it, now mix it also in the avocado mixture, gently.
Now take the bacon, chopped it, take the skillet, put it on the low flame, add 1 tablespoon of the oil to it, now add the bacon to it, shake the pan, so that the bacon will be cooked easily from all sides, as you see the bacons are shrinking, then take it out and place this to the tissue paper and then soak out the excess oil from it.
Now take the onion, cut it into very thin slices, mash it with the hands, add the soy sauce to it, mix it gently, take the same skillet with the juices of the bacon, put it on the low flame, add the onions to it, fry the onions for sometime, as the onions are getting golden brown, take it out and mix with the bacon.
Now take the bowl, add the avocado mixture in it, add the onion and the bacon mixture on the top of it, now pour the juices of the bacon on it and served it. The delicious roasted garlic and bacon guacamole is ready to eat.
